How to plantation Churches in Bangladesh?

Introduction: Firstly we should know the societies of any local area before going to church plant there. Because of every local society are different from others societies and this is the most of reason to do any missions before knowing the locality, cultures, and societies systems. And this method for each of areas in Bangladesh.

This time we are going to discuss about Dumuria P/S area in Khulna district:

Population & Religious and situations of societies: In this area, almost lives near about four hundred eighty thousand plus peoples. 22% of Hindu religious, 0.01% of Roman Catholic, and others are Islam religious peoples. 60% are poor, 30% are very poor, 07% are lower medalist and 3% are riches over there. There is not enough education facilities and most of peoples are day workers and farmers, but not enough opportunities to developing families over there. Poor communities spending days to getting day’s facilities. Most of very poor community’s kids are under family work part, they have not opportunity get education for very poorness. Hindu religious societies have different part into their societies. Especially we surveyed on Hindu religious communities over this area.

Hindu Societies in Dumuria:

About: Almost 22% population of this area is Hindu religious and from that population almost 2% are riches and they are highest of the community over all that places. Near about 3% plus are lower medalist and 14% plus under very poor. Main point is their societies are divided according to their own title traditions. Priest is above all and then traditionally riches, then others and very lowest of them are shoe makers.

Philosophy: Their faith is on about 330,000,000 goddess. They worshiping idols and they don’t believed God’s judgments day and they thought man’s has to be re born again and again until got heaven. Also they worshiping creations, like, Sun, Moon, crocodiles, elephants, snakes, natural’s powers, etc.

Situation: Poor because, not enough education, wrong faith, no proper life systems, no idea about life, bad humanity, and lives in spiritually darkness. Not enough opportunities to overcome from darkness and enters under light.

Community: They are lives in community base, there are few numbers of society leaders whom they are leading each community and communities are under the leaders panels. Society’s leaders are always looking to get newer ways to be using into their communities to developments and they are all in all each community of them.

Children: Most of very poor families cannot bear education cost of their kids, and kids are involving families work, like helps father to farming, helps mother to cooking etc. And very hurts is that the kids are learning to smoking from their parents tradition and while the kids becoming youth they still under attacked in drag and others offense.

Youth: youths are always in troubling for family poorness, for not enough education cannot get good jobs to helps families, and the same reason cannot build their future brightly.

Oldest: oldest peoples under very pressures because they had been hard working when they were youth and they had strength to working but now they don’t have enough strength to working and therefore their life is straggling life.

Health: For the lacks of education health care is most of time not available over them. No family planning, no good health care systems, side effects always going on kids and youths.

How to get them for the kingdom of God??

Introduction: Why peoples will listen from you? This is the most important issue about this projection. Firstly needed to make sure the position of missionaries on this mission. Peoples always need helps and them always finding helpers.

Honor: The societies of Hindu have divided peoples in upper and lower. But Jesus loves all. So first needed to explain about humanity and the love of Lord. And this is why firstly there is need to make a proper good communication. Need to build them on societies needed. Like health development, can be healthy toilet, pure drinking water supply, cleaning etc. And 2ndly needed to helps them by free education services with children and old both of two categories. By those will bring honor both of the local societies and missionaries too.

Education: When the education programs will be continue then it will take very easy to understanding them about the truth of God! So firstly missions have to be investment, as like a farmer, farmer firstly preparing the land for farming then ministering and after got the fruits. This is the same way to build church over this kind of communities.

Youth: With above all have to be starting another site to developing youth peoples. Youth peoples needed teaching about life, purpose of life, good and bad effects by experienced and by those all thoughts will rebuilt their life on back to right tracks.

Children: Kids are very special and by helping kids all the families will be feel comfortable to missions and missionaries.

Conclusions: I am very sure, if do this way, lots of healthy fruits will comeout in future from this kind of harvests.
