What is the things are to start again and what is the things will be Model?
a) According to the situations of Christianity in Bangladesh, as we gated by observation that God has open doors for His kingdom in Bangladesh and many of hearts are healed by His almighty hand but the problems is according to the history of Bible that Jesus sharing about seeds. Actually the systems of input seeds to peoples are not going the valuable ways because for Bangladesh it is just like a business of earning money because most of missions are sand on their traditional systems and for bad finance systems and one of the most important fact that in Christianity about getting the leadership I mean in Christianity of Bangladesh having political systems to getting leaderships because everyone wants to take leadership and wants to control monies and wants to stay good by using the monies of missions.
b) According to the natures of humanity that it is not easy to come out from traditional systems so need to be changed and should be start with new converted to makes a model for changing the traditional societies of Christians in Bangladesh.
c) Before we need to understand the reality and the situation. We can remembers about the History of Corinthians when Paul tried to found an opportunity to sharing gospel so we need be go on by prayers and by self wisdom that we gated and getting regularly from the almighty God.
d) Without educations no nations can not stand on a strong foundations. So when we are going to sharing the gospel with non believers and after sharing when few are became to believers than they will need to learn more because a new converted is like a new born baby so for a new baby must have needed proper ministering to his growth and according to the systems of human societies firstly needed a able family to serving perfectly, about foods, cloths, houses, health and educations facilities. Otherwise the new born baby will be a bad correctors in future.
e) Makes a new methods to caring new converted to becomes healthy Christians and therefore need to be started from stronger platforms to stand strongly. First need to be selected a rural area for starting this new missions for His kingdom.
f) When a Muslim becoming Christians nor from Muslims any other religion than the new believer lost every facilities from family and society both. Also a new believer can not explained to peoples that why peoples need be accepted Jesus. Because new believers are not able to do it for he who new converted he have no any experiences to sharing to others peoples and for the pressures of family and society he who new converted just go down continue and who preaching with Him to becoming a follower of Christ he also can not helps to new converted because the missions are not stronger for there is no any good stronger foundations.
g) Need to be go to the poor rural places and firstly have to do social works and makes a center for there I mean rural center for rural foundations and then have to preparing and investing monies and talents to be makes an Co-operation systems that the rural peoples can together under a unity and then from the rural center will be stand for them and the rural societies also becomes a stronger foundations for stand self supports and from the rural center will be helps to makes another rural centers beside of there another rural areas and it will be really makes the unity to be stand strongly for them and then they will be able to do many things for there rural missions and they will becomes a good Church and from the Bible school there will be go a Pastor for pasturing them to be healthy spiritual persons and persons by societies by a stronger unity of Christianity and there will be blessed from God and a rural area will becomes riches.
h) Need to be established primary schools serves from the rural places to learn more I mean they will be educated and then with the secular educations they will be learned about Bible by Sunday Schools programs, and the youth peoples will get a place to makes fellowships each others and they also will be getting spiritual teaching from pastors and they will be involved in Bible students fellowships because we planed to make a Bible seminary and the Bible seminary students will be go to the rural places every weeks and they will be stay there at least two days for gathering with the rural youth peoples for sharing gospel and it will be more helps to build themselves to be healthy both Bible seminary students and rural youth peoples too.
i) With this systems will be need to start some technological educations systems for rural youth peoples that they may able to supported themselves and with the technological education systems will be included a theological educations that the all students will be learned about Bible and they also will be able to build there physical and spiritual developments by the facilities of these systems.
j) In the rural centers will be start into there hands works facilities and one house one farms projects. And by this systems the rural families will be able to helps the rural communities and others communities also by these projects will be brings the developments of families also there will be included Bible fellowships systems for women groups of rural communities.
k) We must have need to be start from a corner that corner will be able to covers a local areas and by locality will covers Colonies by colonies will covers villages, by villages will be covers Union, by union will be covers a Police station area by police stations will be covers a District. According to this systems the populations of Christianity in Bangladesh will be develops and some day this country will be a strong Christian community base country in the World.

3) We need to be come-out from the traditional systems:
a) Christianity in Bangladesh just around box systems. Every Churches are doing everything into there inside. That means, Roman Catholic and Protestants, Pentecostals having a chain systems activities. Actually need to changed the traditional systems that I mean need to come out from inside and have to be facing the reality. Only weekly churches serves attained is not the only duty of a Christian, only Pastor just preaching, Rev can baptism, Father can reading Bible it is actually a traditional rules only nothing else. Here can come a question? That Who am I? Actually I am honorably and with full respectably wanna to say as I gated from Holy Bible, that Jesus sent His disciples to preaching, healing and wining souls for the kingdom of God and according to the Higher commandments of Jesus, He said to us not only but Jesus commanded to us go and preaching and who believe give him baptism and made him as a disciples of me. So it was not showing that only Churches Leaders, Fathers, Pastors, only doing this but according to the Commandment of the Lord it is for all believers as I always telling to my all co-workers that each believer each missionary because It is the main willing to us from God.
b) In the new testament lots of time commanded to us to be come as like Christ, that means what Jesus had done when He been to this earth and as Lord Jesus said He, who is the Son of God our Lord were done we will do more than Jesus because The Holy Spirit will be do with us. According to the Bible every believers are child of God as the Bible promised to us according to the Gospel John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: so we need to be understand that when we believed on the name of Jesus since we getting the power to become a Child of God. As son or daughter of God we have responsibility to follow the willing of our Heavenly Father and according to the Bible we need to be follow the every footsteps of the Lord Jesus. In whole Bible I ever seen that only Priests and Churches leading community serving for the Kingdom of God but it is the duty to every believers. Yes it is true that each local church needed a control panel but it is not that only the control panel will be lead year by years or generations by generations because control panel anointed for prepare next continue that from the childhood peoples can learn about himself and appropriating moments will brings continually new generations and it is the way to grownup the Christianity but in Bangladesh ever did this therefore about three century already gone but the population of Christians in Bangladesh only 0.03% out of one hundred and eighty millions. Because every leaders and control paneled tried to kept their authorities and if any one called for changed then they rejected that person because they wanted to kept their positions.
c) The Christians ministry, missions and organizations are depending on Foreign missionaries and Lenders because the population of Christians numbers are too much lower in Bangladesh. And most of Missionaries and Lenders shall given their serves to few numbers of leaders in charities and missions and the thing is most of times few numbers of educated leaders of charities and missions in Bangladesh shall corrupting till today. I would not say here that only we are doing perfectly but wanna to said to all foreign missionaries and lenders that please observes your investments are using from rural or not? What methods I published before and I can say loudly that need to follow this methods And I can challenges that the numbers will develops properly in Christianity of Bangladesh. Not only in a box ministries but need to be follow what Jesus said and commanded to us I mean every believers and every followers of the Christ Lord Jesus almighty.
d) I can remember a story, When I became a Christian and I admitted to learn more for AG Bible seminary in Dhaka, and it was in 2009 the month of March I came to Kaligonj for outreach and my Pastor told to us I mean five persons we came from our seminary to getting experiences on outreach, and the story Rev. John Talukder told to us, that was in Bangladesh have many kind of Christians one is yearly Three time attained in a whole each year to Church serves, another one in whole life attained to Church compound, another one just attained to Church only getting financial helps, the first one attained in Church serves for Christmas, Easter Sunday, and New year, second one attained to Church for getting Baptism, getting married and after death. But why? only because there is not enough opportunity to learn more about Jesus, most of are depending on Control paneled of the Churches. Most of converted for getting financial helps and when foreign missionaries and lenders are coming to visiting since these most numbers of namely Christians are joining training to getting few monies and meals just, nothing else. That means the systems actually depend on (SADA PROVU) White Lord not SODA-PROVU (Lord of God). Need to be changed this systems I mean the child's of God are coming to help us to build our systems so we need to be respect their responsibilities, needed to learning for Lord to serving for His Kingdom.
e) According to the situations of Christianity in Bangladesh are not so reaches so we actually asking for changed that the foreign missionaries and lenders need to be investing there resource for build a strong foundations systems to make sure developments in secular and spiritual both and should be follow the methods for works. Need to changed the rural societies and need to be creating opportunity to developments the rural peoples to be come educated in secular and spiritual both. Only because the numbers of Christianity in Bangladesh are too lower so need to be creating opportunity to developments both two sides from rural and by neighborhood to colonies, colonies by villages, villages by sub-cities, sub-cities by cities and that is the systems to build a larges numbers of populations in Christianity into Bangladesh.
f) The Government of Bangladesh declarers a programs to build the rural societies that One house One farm and it is the best way to build the rural poor families and by families to families will be changed and it would becomes a strong self supporting foundations and Christians missions and ministry trusts, organizations should be lead this kind of programs to build the Christians in Bangladesh. So our Churches and missions need to changed the traditional systems and should be come out from own doctrines but must have need to using the methods according to the commandments of our almighty Lord Jesus.
g) Jesus said a new commandment that, I given to all of you that loves each others, as I loves you. That means need to stay on a unity because according to the Bible we are part of the body of Christ. Part can be different but the body is one so should be come on the proper systems and need to kept the unity but this is the most bigger fact that is in Bangladesh have lots of ministries, missions and churches charities, but each have each doctrine and for maintaining the doctrines each divided from others and brooked the community in this part. We need to be changed here because we should be understand that just only Churches serves preaching is not only the duty but need to go to peoples, need to be show the loves of Christ as Jesus command to us that loves each others and we needed to come out from the box, and should have kept in our mind to know more and do more.
Finally I would like to say that, we need to be changed the traditional thoughts, need to be leaved from our own policies, and have to be faithful and need to be stand strongly for the Lord because we all will be stand on the judgment day in front of the Lord. Make a change to build the foundation to makes opportunity to deliverers the good news to heart to heart for comes together to worshiping and praising our almighty Father in Heaven in Jesus name. Amen. We must kept the willing of our God and surly when we will be stand for His Kingdom since His power the Holy Spirit will be leading to us to stay the the life race to fill the racing and go to the final goals of our Christian life.
